You may use information from your previous application to apply for the current year. However, you will need to submit a new cover page and a new curriculum vitae. Your most recent law transcript must also be resubmitted directly by the university.
Please avoid using the Browser buttons "Back" and "Forward"; please use the navigation button inside the application.
You can exit, re-enter, and edit your application until it is submitted. Once you have submitted your application, you will be able to view it and see its status. However, you will only be able to update your contact information.

Your information is stored and processed completely within Canada.
We recognize that much of the information you submit to us is personal in nature. We collect and use personal information for the sole purpose of processing your application for a clerkship.
The information we gather is accessed only by judges and staff of the Courts Administration Service in relation to the courts to which you have applied, and only for the purpose of the selection process.
We do not disclose your information to third parties, including combined demographic or statistical information derived from the web site.
We collect personally identifiable information (name, email address, or other unique identifiers) only if specifically knowingly provided by you.
We use cookies, which are small pieces of information that are sent to your computer when you access our web site and click on “Register”. Cookies are used to store your email address and access code, so that you will not have to type it in each time that you access our web application.
Personal information is used in accordance with our retention and disposal policy. Once personal information is no longer required to fulfill the identified purpose or other legal requirements, it will be destroyed, deleted or made anonymous.
